Ioanna Bilisi- Chrousala, hailing from Psathi of Megalopolis in Arcadia, was sworn in as a notary in Thessaloniki in 1977.

Her forty-year professional career distinguished her as one of the foremost professionals in her field: in addition to the thousands of notarial acts she drafted, she was a vocal representative of her peers and served as President of the Notarial Association of the Court of Appeals of Thessaloniki for twelve years — the first woman ever elected to this position within the Association.

From the early years of her career, she has actively stood by her colleagues, especially younger ones, offering them both moral and practical support, providing them with educational material and hosting seminars pro bono.
